The Cat Wizard is a simple plug and play device that "tells" your Cat Genie that it has a full cleaning solution cartridge installed. Without a Cat Wizard you are forced to buy expensive, proprietary cleaning solutions from only one supplier every month or otherwise your Cat Genie will not run at all.

The Cat Wizard simply plugs into the connector that your cartridge reader is now currently plugged into. There is NO soldering or wiring required. The only tool you will need is a #2 Phillips screwdriver with a 6" or longer shaft to remove the 4 screws in the Cat Genie's back cover. The whole entire install can be done in 10 minutes or less!

We do not endorse any one particular product, and of course you want to use soap solutions that are pet friendly. That being said, we have been using Simple Green Cat Formula for years with great results. We buy it by the gallon and it is EXTREMELY economical!

We have refilled the same cartridge hundreds of times. The silicon plug is easy to remove and can be used over and over again because it is extremely flexible.
